INHERITANCE of TEARS

By Jessalyn Hutto When was the last time you heard anyone talk about the topic of “miscarriage”? Me neither! That’s part of what M.I.A.2Hope is trying to do – make this an “ok” topic to talk about – online, in public, with friends and family and in houses of worship.  Statistically, miscarriage occurs in 10-20% of all clinically viable pregnancies (March of Dimes). Thus, a more common occurrence than many would think. Over the years, I’ve tried to find resources or books that speak to the topic of a miscarriage, especially from a faith perspective. I’ve not had much success.  Recently, I was told of the book Inheritance of Tears by Jessalyn Hutto. Mrs. Hutto authored this book in 2015 from her own life experiences and a deep study of scripture as related to grief and God’s goodness.
